Review: Frailty (2002)

Of all axe-swinging, demon-crushing and mean-parenting movies I’ve seen, this is the best!

Director: Bill Paxton
Stars: Bill Paxton, Matthew McConaughey, Powers Boothe
Distributor: Lionsgate
Runtime: 100 mins

“Demons are taking over the world. I can’t destroy them all.”

A man confesses to an FBI agent his family’s story of how his religious fanatic father’s visions led to a series of murders to destroy supposed “demons.”

What a movie! I kinda guessed some of the ending, but it’s still one of the best horror-thriller’s I’ve seen in a long long time! Bill Paxton does an amazing job behind, and in front of the camera. The casting is perfect, and the actors does a great job to make this twisted and atmospheric film shine. This is a must-see!
