“-I think I saw your daughter.
-My daughter has been dead for many years.”

Years after a dollmaker loses his daughter in an accident, he and his handicaped wife takes in a group of orphane children to their house. They want their home to be a safe haven for the kids. But the house is haunted by an evil spirit, and it will become a matter of surviving.

A well made movie by director Sandberg. The movies with this doll is all just awesome. Together with “Conjuring” this is the best. The scares are carefully crafted into art. It’s a beauty to behold. The scenery and the build-up is well done. The kids are great. I still can’t comprehend the fact that it’s clearly a ghost story, but with demons. Why demons? I like ghosts. But what the hell, it’s a good horror flick!
