“It’s a real wicked spirit we’ve got here!”

Gruesome and brutal murders rattles a little Korean village. The investigating officer can’t seem to find any logical explanation, but when his daughter seem to fall under a savage spell, his suspicion gets stronger towards a Japanese loner in the woods. When a Shaman and a priest is hired to help, all hell breaks loose…literally!

Now this movie is one hell of a craftmanship! Every genre is involved, and it works perfectly. Everything from the direction, the characthers, the story, the dialogue, the horror and humour is extremely well done. This is an original supernatural thriller of epic proportions. The ending puzzled me, and was a little bit of a let down, if there was ANYTHING to pinpoint. But there’s an opening for more, and a sequel is much welcome!
