“This is the night we all die!”
The Jacobsen family is having a rough time, and even worse: Hungry zombies are knocking on their door. Maybe the sister-brother relationship is getting warmer when they can have fun throwing chunks of meat at their crippled zombie father’s mouth?
Welcome to a nihilistic low-budget Zombie mayhem from Stavanger, Norway! This is a symphony of gore and destruction that grabs your attention from the get-go and won’t leave you till the last drop of blood is spilled. The visuals and editing is well prepared and executed, and a joy to behold. It’s fast paced and in-your-face all the way. The music puts the atmosphere right where it belongs, and gives the whole package a sound of both despair and hope. The leading lady is a stunning beauty that suits this series like a glove. Hope we’ll see her getting more kills in the next episode, she can be a toughie! Lots of great visuals, but I need more “meat” on the zombie bone, and a blood red thread to show me more of a plot in the sequel, even though the stand alone scenes are pretty awesome (actually I got more favourite scenes in this episode, than an episode of “The Walking Dead”. If they can create more of that I would be super happy)! Keep it coming producer Kenneth Hansebråten and director Jon Helge Hesby, this is potential zombie-gold!
