“My mistake. Four coffins…”
The little Mexican border town San Miguel is run by two rival gangs. A loner, Joe comes riding to town. He decides to work for both sides, playing one side off against the other.
A classic. The first of four excellent spaghetti-westerns made by Sergio Leone in the 60’s. A masterpiece in tone, atmosphere, great characters, music and built-up violence. Gian Maria Volonte shines as a gun-crazed villain. A must see!
