With less dialogue than an average Finnish feature, more masks than kids on halloween and a plot thinner than Donald Trumps hair this old artsploitation plays with your senses as one huge LSD-trip.

“Who are those lunatics who kill themselves in the townhouse?”
A wealthy and decadent industrialist searching for immortality rules over a young mute vampire and her followers, a mysterious suicide cult. His son falls in love with the vampire and interfer in something he shouldn’t have.
It’s slow as hell, the plot is thin and the story is a mess. I’ve never seen such bad shootouts since the golden days of Turkish cinema. Can’t give the instruction or most of the actors too much credit either. Despite all this; It gains everything in the amazing scenery, costumes, characters and the beautiful images. It’s a dream and a nightmare. It’s a nicely shot bizarre early 70’s piece done with the creative hands of an artist that found his style early on.
Redemption has a nice looking Blu with some interviews, Rollin trailers and a booklet.
