Review: Death Steps in the Dark (1977)

This has to be the stupidest bunch of suspects I’ve ever seen. The stupidest murderer, the stupidest investigator. A stupid script written by stupid people to entertain stupid fucks like me.

“I guess when the black girl’s boyfriend got killed, she decided to go on with a little blackmail herself, and this is the result.”

Athens, Greece. A murder in a dark train compartment. Black gloves. A group of suspects. Blackmail. Hookers and models. An evil Eye(!). Investigation. More blackmail. Narcotics. Nudity. More murders. The End.

This Italian/Greek cheapy has absolutelly nothing to offer. What starts out as an Agatha Christie mystery, turns into a sleazy and pretty bad Giallo with some cool murders, and ends with one crazed solution and utter weirdness. If people would react like this, and act like this in real life, the hope for humanity would be lost long time ago.
